Plot
"To the one I love...prepare to die."

Again, equal in number, both the Kouga and the Iga harbor sorrow and despair. But the rage of a few may shape the fate of many.

The clans follow separate paths to Sunpu Castle, as Gennosuke seeks the solution to the riddle, this costly ninja war. But treachery and death follow hard at their heels, as those blinded by hatred long harbored seeks to shorten their lists. Oboro, convinced death shall be delivered by love's own hands, has become a prisoner within her own clan. The past weighs far too heavy on the present, and the path to carnage is one that cannot be escaped, once begun. No mercy will be spared to the enemy.

Still on the sea, Gyobu uses his art to move around freely to take care of the remaining Iga, but Tenzen proves to be a toilsome foe to kill.
