Episode 1: Resurrection Men
Gallery owner, Edward Marber, is found murdered on Edinburgh's Calton Hills. Rebus has been dispatched to an occupational behaviour course and so Siobhan runs the invstigation in his place. As Rebus fights to keep his integrity in the midst of a police corruption operation, Siobhan finds that she could do with his help as she is forced to bow to Templar's rank.
Episode 2: The First Stone
Rebus is drawn into church politics when the naked body of the Moderator-elect of the Church of Scotland is found in a local cruising spot, hours before the General Assembly is due to open
Episode 3: The Naming of the Dead
As Edinburgh prepares to play host to the World Trade Summit, an unidentified body is found in the grounds of the conference hotel. And soon after development minister Ben Webster is found dead beneath the ramparts of Edinburgh Castle. As Rebus begins preliminary investigations, he is warned off the case by the special branch commander.
Episode 4: Knots and Crosses
The Trial of two posh but drug dealing brothers accused od murder collapses, and Rebus takes the rap as an investigation is launched into his handling of the case |
